Factory & Capabilities
From drawing to shipment, SEERAY / Shirui runs a controlled sheet-metal process in Dongguan. The steps below are how outdoor enclosures and related cabinets are typically built. Anatomy-table metalwork follows the same fabrication discipline where applicable.
Process
- Structural design — Envelope, mounts, and climate clearances defined with the customer’s equipment list.
- Expand drawings / process layout — Flat patterns and process sheets released to the floor.
- Laser cutting — Sheet profiles cut to drawing.
- Tube laser — Tube and profile cutting when the structure requires it.
- CNC bending — Panels and frames formed to tolerance.
- Clinching — Mechanical joining where specified for strength without excess heat.
- Laser welding — Seams and structural welds for rigidity and seal paths.
- Grind & polish — Weld and edge finish for coating and fit.
- Paint / powder coat — Electrostatic finish for corrosion and UV resistance.
- Assemble — Trays, locks, glands, glass/doors, and climate components fitted.
- Test — Functional and aging checks before release.
- Pack — Export packing suited to the destination.
- Ship — Factory-direct dispatch with documents agreed at order.
